A SILVER coloured, diagonal cut ring, which is engraved with a distinctive pattern and likely to be sentimental to its owner, was found in Tavistock recently and police are looking to find its owner.

The ring was located on the outskirts of Tavistock town centre and due to the circumstances in which it came to police attention, it is believed to have been lost during the summer.
