TAVISTOCK Golf Club Ladies played the monthly stableford competition and Alice Rose Trophy on July 12. Winners were: Division 1, Belinda McSherry with 38 points; division 2, Elizabeth Holmes, 40 points; division 3, Hester Carter, 33 points. Elizabeth Holmes won the Alice Rose Trophy. The monthly medal and Withington Bowl was played on July 19. Winners were: Division 1, Kerry Gawman with net 71; runner-up Trudi Luke with 73. Division 2, June Kendall with 68 net, runner-up Judith Motley with 68 net. The Withington Bowl was won by June Kendall, runner-up Judith Morley.
