DUTCH students from Sintermeeten College visited Callington Community College last month, in the last phase of the Dutch exchange.
The theme of the visit was green technologies. The first activity the students took part in was a visit to Morwellham Quay, where students learned about Victorian England.
They dressed up in authentic clothes, took part in a Victorian school lesson, sampled life as a child labourer and had a look inside the mine.
They also visited the Eden Project, where they were able to look at sustainable living and the green installation they use at the project, helped to create a radio show, visited Woodland Valley Farm to see its green energy installations, took part in a robotics challenge project and took a trip to London.
