A NEW tourism organisation is making a last call for members for the coming season, before their new website and full colour leaflet is produced.
Tamar Valley Tourism Association was formed in November last year to represent tourist businesses in the Tamar Valley area.
It has attracted funding for the new website to show the world the attractions the area has to offer.
Margaret Blake, chairman of TAVATA, said: This is a really exciting time and the new Association is moving forward at great speed.
'We are very keen to include as many local businesses as possible — we don't want anyone to miss out!
'Membership is open to all involved in tourism and support services.
'We have already attracted people from Torpoint in the south to Launceston in the north, from Callington in the west to the Bere Peninsula and Buckland Monachorum in the east.'
Annual membership to TAVATA costs £25, which includes entry on the website and leaflet.
Members will also receive newsletters to keep them up to date with the latest developments and a series of meetings is also being planned.
New members to TAVATA need to join by February 22 to be included in the leaflet and website.
