I HAVE received from my cousins in Tavistock the photograph of Sydenham Damerel School circa 1940 which was reproduced in your newspaper (March 27).
Should you be at all interested I would like to correct one or two of the names attributed to people in the photograph, and supply the names for all the ?unknowns?. They are: Back row: Miss Seeds (teacher), Basil Fry, Ivy Edgecombe, May Martin, Pamela Nash, Ken Pearce, Mrs Westington (Head teacher).
