POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a Volkswagon was seen being driven dangerously along Plymouth Road in the direction of Tavistock between Bishopsmead and Drake's Statue on Saturday at 8pm.
A number of motorists would have witnessed the manner of driving and would have had to take avoiding action to prevent a collision.
