AS Chris Evans might say, don't forget your toothbrush — James Hull Dental Practice on Station Road is holding an open day on Saturday June 4 between 10am-1pm as part of National Smile Month.
The practice will be open for anyone to attend. There will be a colouring competition for children, and balloons, leaflets and free samples of dental products will also be given out.
The practice's staff, including dental nurse Louis Sparling and practice manager Maria Hauerslev, will be on hand to offer advice on oral hygiene and dental care.
Maria said: 'We hope people will just call in, see the practice and if they've got any questions, Louis and I will be more than happy to answer them.'
National Smile Month is organised by the British Dental Health Foundation, the UK's leading independent oral health charity. The aim is to raise awareness of the importance of looking after your teeth and keeping them healthy for life through sensible eating habits, regular dental check ups and proper brushing twice a day.
