DJM U12s Warspite Southgate Utd U12s 5 Horrabridge U12s 1 HORRABRIDGE, playing with only 10 men, took the game to Southgate and deservedly took the lead through Kieran Alder after good work from Aaron Johnson. Southgate equalised courtesy of a penalty and scored their second 10 minutes later thanks to a well taken goal from Whitehouse. The home team started the second half well and scored after just five minutes from a Rowe strike. Horrabridge battled back and played some good football, but could not find a way past the home goalkeeper. Southgate scored two late goals from Rowe and Whitehouse. Man of the match: Jack Northam. Horrabridge U12s 2 Lipson Utd U12s 5 HORRABRIDGE took the lead inside five minutes thanks to James Dent who chipped the goalkeeper from 10 yards. Lipson started to apply pressure, but the Rangers? defence of Jones, Bailey, Dyke and Birch were in top form. Lipson finally found an equaliser just on half time. Lipson started the second half well and scored two early goals. This woke Horrabridge up and they got back into the game through a 45 yard screamer from Josh Birch. This gave Horrabridge a bit of belief and they created more chances but failed to convert any of them. Lipson scored two more goals late in the game to seal the win.
