A CORONER?S report has stated that Roger Jeffrey from Inwardleigh died as a result of a heart attack which caused a road traffic accident on July 21.
The accident occurred on the Winkleigh to Hatherleigh road at Ingleigh Green. Mr Jeffrey, 50, was the sole occupant of a white Sherpa van which was in collision with a hedge. The vehicle overturned, trapping him inside.
