TWO-year-old Damien Bowyer melted the hearts of judges recently and was crowned winner of the Morrisons Baby and Toddler of the Year competition.

Damien, from Tavistock, won the 19 months to three years category of the competition after judges saw his photograph.

His parents, Helen and Peter Bowyer were 'proud and delighted'.
