BUTTERFLIES, birds and wonderful flora will be some of the many sights to be seen during a Lopwell Dam discovery walk.

Neil Reeves, the West Lakes Trust Conservation and Leisure Manager will be leading the walk on Sunday, April 22. The walk will take you across the dam and into the scenic woodlands on the far side of the river. Neil will be offering his expert knowledge about the bat life and management of the unique site.

Tea, coffee and cake will be served after the walk at the new café and visitor centre.
