FIREFIGHTERS from Callington had to cut free an elderly woman from her vehicle following an accident at Drakewalls on February 16. Two vehicles were involved in the collision at about 4.45pm and firefighters were called to help two casualties, one of whom was an elderly woman who was unable to get out of her overturned car. She was treated at the scene by ambulance crews.
