A TAVISTOCK man has been sentenced to a six month curfew order after being convicted of inflicting grievous bodily harm.
Nicholas Miller, 24, from Parkwood Road, attacked and beat Ronald Flower in Stoke, Plymouth on January 10 leaving him with a fractured cheekbone.
Miller was convicted on June 3. He has been ordered to remain in his home from 8.30pm to 6.30am from Monday to Friday and 7pm to 7am at weekends.
Miller was also ordered to pay £500 in compensation to Mr Flower.
