WE see that a waste removal operator from Plymouth has admitted to three offences of fly tipping and has been given an eight-week suspended prison sentence, 150 hours of community service and ordered to pay £895 costs and £263 compensation.
During our Tidy Tavi days our conversations often mention the mentality of the criminals who litter our community.
I am glad that West Devon Borough Council have nobbled this criminal. We are all fed up with people who scourge our community by dropping litter, not picking up dog mess and generally expecting others to tidy up after them.
Cllr Debo Sellis
