CREATIVITY in miniature was on display at the Okehampton Sunday Market on April 29, when children met organiser Rebecca Green’s challenge to come up with a garden in a circular basket.

The small gardens were just one of the attractions at the community market organised by charity One Okehampton in the Charter Hall. With free stalls for charities, people were selling wares from a suitcase – a compact variation of the ‘car boot sale’.

Free soup and crafting sessions for all ages, along with cakes baked by volunteers made for a fun community get-together.
