It?s a family affair at this year?s Samuel Jerman Memorial Concert. The St Andrew?s Singers will be performing this year?s Samuel Jerman Memorial Concert at Meeth Church today, Thursday December 6, at 7.30pm. The concert honours the benefactor of the church who was buried in 1758. This year?s address will be given by Geoffrey Cleverdon, CBE, while his brother, Roger, will conduct the choir and his sister-in-law, Christine, will be playing the organ. Mrs Dodd, church warden for St Michael and All Angels Church, Meeth, said: ?Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy an hour of fine singing of seasonal music and a heartening address that will be followed by mulled cider and refreshment, all for free.?
