SPECIAL free ?introduction to computers? course are being held at two locations in the Okehampton area next month.
The courses are being run by Okehampton?s adult education department as part of its Stepping On project and the first course will be held at Meldon Village Hall on March 5.
The next opportunity to take part in the free course will be at Sticklepath Village Hall on March 26.
Course organiser Christine Munkenbeck said there will also be the chance for people to attend courses providing a basic introduction to the internet and e-mail at the same venues.
The dates for these are March 12 and 19 at Meldon and April 2 and 9 at Sticklepath. These courses are subsidised and cost just £12.00.
