SOUTH Zeal will be hosting expert tango dancers from around the world this week — while locals will be taking advantage of their visit to learn a few sultry moves themselves. Around 100 tangueras and tangueros will descend on the village on Friday evening for two days of non-stop Argentine Tango in the Victory Hall to celebrate the birthday of local dancer Henry Marshall. This will be followed on the Monday by three days of workshops and lessons in the village by teachers from Argentina, Spain, Germany and Hungary. The cost of the workshop is £30 for three days or £15 per day — all places need to be booked at 9.30am on the Monday. It will also be possible to take advantage of so many tango experts visiting the village by booking private tuition at any time over the three days.
