A MAN from North Tawton continues a year of fundraising for a cancer charity with a coffee morning next week.

Dave Ellis has organised the event for Marie Curie nursers for Saturday, April 7 in North Tawton Town Hall from 10am to noon. There will also be cakes, a raffle and other attractions.

The morning is the latest in a line of events leading to Dave's charity climb up Mount Kilimanjaro in September. Dave is fundraising for the charity after the nurses helped nurse his mother when she battled cancer. Dave is hoping to raise £3,750 for the charity.
