TAVISTOCK and District Netball League resumes this Sunday and following the popularity last season of the open training sessions, the league will begin this season with four weeks of open coaching. Training sessions will run on Sunday mornings between 10am and 12pm for four weeks and are open to players of all levels. The sessions, which will be held at Tavistock College Sports Hall, will provide new players with a good introduction to the game as well as giving existing players the opportunity to enhance and develop their skills. The coaching will cost £2 per session. Training will be open to anyone interested in playing netball, and with the introduction of a new junior league this season, players aged from 11 years upward are also invited to attend the coaching sessions.
