YOUNG farmers from the Okehampton area celebrated the year's successes at their annual dinner last week.

The event celebrating the last 12 months for the Okehampton and District Young Farmers' Club was held at the White Hart Hotel on Friday, November 23.

The club has been very active over the last year, raising money for the Devon Air Ambulance Trust with their dung run fundraiser, taking part in the Haldon YFC Group's 'Five Minutes of Fame' contest with an 'Okehampton's Got Talent' routine, entering into Okehampton Carnival, exhibiting at the Okehampton Show, and raising a magnificent £1,600 for charity in just two hours with a charity slave auction.
