YEAR 3 pupils at Whitchurch Primary have been busy with their sewing needles recently, creating a blanket for Children's Hospice South West.
The pupils each designed and created their own individual squares decorated with animal shapes and buttons, which were then sewn together to create the blanket.
The children presented the blanket to Judy Pride of Children's Hospice South West, who said she would show it to everyone in the hospice before it gets used by the children.
