NINETEEN children from Boasley Cross Primary have recently shown their adventurous side by winning awards for their outdoor pursuits.

The children were presented with their Discovery level John Muir Awards from Pegasus Outdoor Adventures.

The John Muir Award is an environmental award that has three levels — Discovery, Explore, and Conserve.

To win their awards, the children had to partake in four days of activities that included discovering a wild place, exploring it, and sharing their experiences in the classroom.
