A STRONG all round performance from Okehampton, playing at North Tawton, and exactly what was required to see off a late rally from Bude.

Scrum-half and captain Matt Johns rounded off an impressive performance by crossing for the second and Michael Brain grabbed the third when he supported a strong run up the middle of the park from Chris Courties.
The second half started with the ball going directly to the Bude full-back, who looked like he was going to go all the way but for a massive tackle from Matt Johns.
Tom Foggerty collected the loose ball and sprinted over from just inside the Bude half.
Tactical substitutions from Bude meant the game suddenly changed in their favour.
Okehampton spent the rest of the half defending but some superb tackling and strong team spirit saw them through.
