CHERITON and Tedburn Young Farmers' Club is holding a charity clay pigeon shoot on September 22 at Bowbeer Farm, Drewsteignton.

The event will run from 10am to 4pm in aid of charities which three local residents have recently benefitted from —support for motor neurone disease, Spring Intensive Care and Papworth Hospital Charity Trust.

There will be teams of four and individual competitions for under and over 21s. There will be a BBQ, draw and quiz run on the day.
