Devon-based cottage owners, including Tavistock residents, Jean and Malcolm Rose, were treated to an awards presentation at the Devon County Show on Friday to thank them for their loyalty to holiday lettings company, The Hoseasons Group.

 Many of the invited owners have been letting their holiday properties through the group's English Country Cottages, cottages4you and Welcome for more than 20 years, welcoming thousands of holidaymakers to the area. Each owner was presented with a certificate, to display in the property, by the general manager for the South of England, Katharine Tonkin.

 Jean Rose, owner of Toad Hall in Tavistock said: 'We've had a lovely 21 years with the team. Everyone is always happy to help, whether the regional managers based here in Devon, or the head office team, who we can call at any time.

'We've had some fantastic guests, made some great friends and love welcoming people to our property and showing them the beautiful Devon surroundings.'

Katharine said: 'It's a fantastic achievement to present some of our long serving owners with a special token of our thanks and appreciation. We rely on them to deliver the quality of service which our customers associate with The Hoseasons Group brands and they each have a number of stories to tell!'
