WHILE teenage singer-songwriter Aimee Coulshaw was in London entertaining sick children in hospital, her fundraising CD, Songs for Sargent at Christmas, sold out in Tavistock. Aimee, from Gunnislake, was rubbing shoulders with celebrities such as Kelly Holmes, Big Brovaz and Chelsea footballers at a concert at Middlesex Hospital before it closes and moves to new premises. Her fundraising CD was also publicised on London radio by Capital FM DJ Dr Fox and a copy was signed by newly crowned sports personality of the year, Kelly Holmes, which will be used to boost funds. Bookstop, House of Cards and Howell?s Butchers have all restocked with copies which cost £5. Money raised will be presented to Sargent Cancer Care for Children.
