THE Life and Times of a Professional Caterer is the subject of a talk arranged by The West Devon Association of the National Trust (NTWDA) next week.

The talk by Val Bugden- Cawsey, a professional speaker from Launceston, will take place at 2 pm on Thursday, February 21 in Bridestowe Village Hall and will provide a fascinating insight into her role as cook-housekeeper to Princess Anne when she was married to Captain Mark Phillips.
