TAVISTOCK'S monthly live music charity event is enticing visitors to the Parish Church Centre on Saturday for some entertainment and home cooked food.

This month's Acoustic Café will feature a range of contemporary folk, blues and jazz music from a variety of talented local musicians, including Virtuoso guitarist Steve Yates, singer/songwriter Mike Watson and harpist Peter Fisher.

There will be a selection of home-cooked food on offer and diners are welcome to take their own wine or beer.

Proceeds of this month's café will go to Children's Hospice South West. The event takes place this Saturday (October 30) at the Parish Church Centre in Plymouth Road. Admission is £6 and doors open at 7.30pm.
