CALSTOCK dominated the first half getting the lead early when Lee Hould crossed the ball to Shane Richards allowing Richards to turn in the box and place the ball into the bottom corner.
The visitors continued to put pressure on the home team, with intricate passing in the middle from Ross Lavers and captain Jon Tilbury. They soon got a second when Darren Benfield crossed the ball into the near post where Ross Lavers beat the defender to head home.
Pelynt had few spells of attacking and took there chances before half time and pulled a goal back.
Calstock started the second half on the front foot immediately putting pressure on the Pelynt defence. Ross Lavers sent Lee Hould through one on one with the keeper, which the striker deftly lifed the ball over into the far corner.
The visitors came under pressure for a ten minute spell, but the defence stood strong with Paul Cottingham taking control of the back four. Calstock's right back Mark Blanks was caught late in a tackle resulting in a red card for the Pelynt player and a red card for Blanks' reaction to the tackle.
Calstock got a fourth after man of the match Lee Hould set up his second goal of the game with a driving free kick to the back post for Shane Richards to net his second goal of the game. This was an outstanding performance by Calstock.
