WEST Devon villagers can now have access to an outreach service helping children with sensory, social, motor and learning issues and their families.

The nationwide charity bibic helps children with a wide range of conditions, including cerebral palsy, dyslexia, Down's syndrome, autism, brain injuries and a variety of other conditions.

The charity launched an outreach service in October 2010, which allows specialised therapists to visit children and their families within the home, and assemble a unique profile of the youngster's strengths and areas of difficulty.
