THE beauty college at Callington Community College held a successful fundraising evening raising £219 for Cancer Research UK.

The level three beauty therapy students organised the event as part of their NVQ course.

The evening included level two students providing mini manicures and facials, cake and refreshments, a tombola and a young male soloist and his guitar.

The beauty college requires clients on a regular weekly basis to receive professional treatments in the training salons.
