BERE Alston Trekkers (BATs) are delighted to launch their new website.

The website on http://www.berealstontrekkers.btck.co.uk">www.berealstontrekkers.btck.co.uk is a community running website and has all kinds of information from practical advice for beginners to training schedules for the more advanced. 

It has information on stretching, its forthcoming road race, The Bere Pen 10k, scheduled for May 1, 2011 and links to other websites.

This website also holds the Sunday run information as well as information about forthcoming races, ladies only track sessions, men only sessions, race reports etc.  It is the intention that the website will be a one-stop mouse click to local running.
