THREE lucky staff members from a Tavistock bank will be jetting across the pond to the Big Apple next month, after the branch won top honours in a national award ceremony.
NatWest in Tavistock was named the company?s top branch of its size in the South West for its outstanding customer service at a special awards dinner in Bournemouth recently.
Now NatWest branch manager John Shillabeer, service quality adviser Sharon Shield and Gay Bassett, customer adviser are heading stateside ? they will spend time sightseeing in New York before attending a gala dinner to discover if they have won the prestigious national customer service award.
Positive feedback and comments from customers in the Tavistock area led to the branch?s regional award.
John Shillabeer said: ?We are delighted to win this award and be invited to the gala dinner in New York.
