South Eastern district one
Torbay C 0
Okehampton 13
OKEHAMPTON travelled to play Torbay hoping to keep their 100% record going and continue to play in a more positive manner.
They managed to get off to a flyer creating a couple of early chances before Mark Parsons fired home the opener after only a couple of minutes.
Parsons soon added a second as the visitors ran the show with Joff Stephens and Luke Miller going close also.
Parsons scored his hat-trick and then got a fourth before Miller drag flicked a fifth from a short corner. Josh Speak then took advantage of some poor defending to score a sixth.
Parsons added two more after good passes from Speak and Simon Bourne. Cruising at half time the visitors were determined to continue the way they were playing in the second half, again things could not have started any better when Miller stroked home his second from the edge of the area.
James Rogers added Okehampton's tenth before winning a penalty flick which Miller despatched to get his hat-trick. Parsons got his seventh before Nick Luxton scored to make it 13, Speak rattled the post as the away side bombarded the Torbay goal. Oke man of the match was Luke Miller.
This means three wins out of three now for Okehampton who keep their place at the top of the league.
Next week they travel to Bridgwater.
