STAFF and members at Torridge District Council have joined together to support Movember.

During November each year, Movember encourages men to grow moustaches to raise vital funds and awareness for men's health, specifically prostate cancer and testicular cancer.

A total of ten people have joined the Torridge Movember team. Almost all of the team have been affected in some way by cancer.

Cllr Tony Inch said, 'I am doing this for my father as he has got not only prostate but also lung cancer. We men must all be more aware of prostate cancer and the things to look out for.'
