Kicking against a stiff wind Zeal went one down within 15 minutes against Pinhoe when a good corner found the head of a Pinhoe forward who scored from close range. Even against the wind Zeal were creating chances and equalized when a good move involving Harley Cann, Tom Reilly and Darren Gilbert put Redd Cann in on goal and his well hit finish found the roof of the Pinhoe net. The second half found Zeal on the attack from the start and after exerting constant pressure on the home side?s goal Pinhoe broke away after clearing a Zeal free kick And a cross from the left hit a Pinhoe striker on the back and trickled over the line. Leon Ware latched onto a cross and was unlucky to see his shot hit the post, the rebound was hit over the bar by Darren Gilbert. With just a minute left a Harley Cann flick on came to Tom Reilly whose shot beat the keeper but again hit the post. Zeal should have got at least a point at Pinhoe and a similar situation happened the week before as Zeal went down 2-1 to Westexe when a goal from Harley Cann had put them level.
