STAFF and pupils at St Andrews School at Buckland Monachorum are pictured celebrating the news that they have been given the Investors in People Award for the third time. In the report the school is said to be a ?vibrant learning community in which both children and staff are encouraged to develop to their full potential.? Headteacher Bill Houldsworth said he was very pleased for everyone who had worked so hard towards the accolade, particularly as the review process for the award is more detailed this year. ?We are extremely pleased to be re-accredited for the third time and delighted with the very high correlation we have when we are compared to bigger industries,? he said.
