A WEST Devon tourist attraction has won an award for heritage education. Morwellham Quay has received the Sandford Award for the second time. It was granted following an assessment by a judge from the Heritage Education Trust, who spent a day at the site shadowing school groups as they took part in a range of activities related to Victorian life in the port and mine. Peter Jenning, director at the quay, said he was delighted to receive the award.
