SHORT story enthusiasts will have the opportunity to meet an international prize winning author in Tavistock on Wednesday, October 27.

Tom Vowler, who lives in Tavistock, recently scooped a prestigious literary award when his collection of short stories won the Scott Prize.

The independent publisher Salt has now brought out his collection in a newly entitled book called 'The Method and other Stories.'

Tom will be at Tavistock Library at 7pm to do a reading and talk about his work.

It starts at 7pm; entry is £2 entry with refreshments provided.
