THE HeartSWell South West charity thanked a Belstone artist for his fundraising efforts on its behalf.

Alec Davey is a self-taught artist and has been painting since his heart attack in September 2006. 

He exhibits his paintings at various local venues and is a member of Belstone Art Group.

In appreciation for the treatment he received at Derriford Hospital, Alec decided to raise funds at the lastest Belstone exhibition, raising £220 for HeartSWell with his sales of paintings and draw tickets.
