POLICE are appealing for witnesses after two teenage males broke into the Co-op in Market Street, Tavistock, early on Friday morning. The shop alarm was activated at 2.23am after one of the youths smashed the front door with a rock before the other one kicked it in. Police say the pair stole alcoholic drinks ? smashed bottles were later found at 4am near the entrance of Kelly College at Parkwood Road. The suspected burglars were seen heading towards Pym Street. One of the males is described as aged between mid and late teens, with distinctive blonde hair and wearing black Adidas trainers. The other was in his mid teens and had dark hair.
