A RACIST attack in Tavistock left one of the two victims suffering from a nasty facial injury. The attack happened at 12.30am on the Thursday morning after Goose Fair day, when a group of white males assaulted two Sikh men who were packing up their stall after the fair. Police are appealing for witnesses to the attack, which a police spokesman said was ?racially motivated with an assault and racial abuse?. Diversity officer PC Mark Hoar said: ?We will not accept any racially motivated attacks for any reason and will do our best to track down the offenders in difficult circumstances and deal with them.?
