NETBALL is back in Tavistock and making a big impression. Last Sunday saw the Red Devils take on the Blue Angels in a battle between two of Tavistock?s newest netball teams.
Both were formed from players attending the free netball session run at Tavistock College on Sunday mornings.
The pre-season friendly saw both teams working hard and putting into practice many of the skills learned over previous weeks.
After an impressive game, Blue Angels emerged as winners with the scoreline finishing at 19-9.
The official season begins in January and there are still opportunities for anyone interested in playing netball to attend practice sessions before the New Year.
