THE Senior Council for Okehampton and area wishes to point out that the the item by Claire Hallett 'Bus pass problem a question of timing' (Times, February 26), in the second column, bottom paragraph, it is stated 'Secretary of the board at Devon County Council, Cllr Ken Crawford'.
This is not correct. Mr Crawford is the secretary of the Senior Council for Okehampton and area.
The Senior Council is an entirely independent group, non-political and non-racial, and membership os free to all over 50s, whatever their race, colour or creed.
We were sorry this had been incorrectly reported.
