ON behalf of Devon Air Ambulance, Red Cross, Plym Valley Railway, Tavistock and District CVS, Muscular Dystrophy, Cancer Research, RNIB, Tavistock Conservation Project, Tavistock Carers Group, Cats Protection and Tavistock Physically Challenged Group, may I thank the local community — the people who bought, the people who gave and the people who volunteered — for the amazing results we all achieved at the annual charity bonanza.
A special thanks to the Lions for helping us set up. It is the support we receive from all of you that enables us to help others.
We all enjoyed the day, we worked hard but laughed a lot, and hopefully reminded the public of how many organisations there are that they could join as volunteers!

THANKS to all the people in Devon who helped us collect donations and to all those who popped donations into collection tins. We raised a fabulous £14,300 during Save the Children Week this year.
When you think a donation of 70p could feed 10 children in Ethiopia for a day you realise how far the money we raised will go.
Thank you again for your support during Save the Children's major fundraising week of the year. Your support really does help change the odds for millions of children around the world.
