TAVI Network is holding this month's open forum is conjunction with Transition Tavistock and the Tavistock Area branch of Devon Senior Voice.

Representatives of the local authorities, the business community, community groups and individuals are warmly invited.

The main topics for discussion are planning to be discussion of Engaging Devon — the county council's consultation on its engagement strategy — and an update from Devon Senior Voice on Health Watch, which takes over responsibility for health care in the county from this coming April.

A spokesman for TaVi Network said: 'It is hoped the local community will grasp this opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas to become fully involved in these developments. All are welcome. Only by being fully involved will we derive maximum benefit.'
