AN afternoon of traditional family entertainment and fun is in store at the Lydford Summer Fayre on Saturday, July 27.
The fayre, being held at Lydford Sports Field, will start at 12.30pm with a barbecue, bar, teas and coffees for the hungry and thirsty, and various stalls and games.
Draw tickets will be on sale and the raffle will be drawn that afternoon.
There will be fun and games for children and adults and a family dog show run my Margaret Green Animal Rescue's Wingletang centre, starting at 2pm, with classes for both young and older dogs, as well as the smartest and scruffiest.
Admission to the fayre is 50p for adults and 25p for children and parking is available.
Anyone who would like to 'hire' a pitch for a stall for the afternoon will be charged £5 and they will get to keep all the money they make.
For more information or to book a pitch contact Sue on 01822 820411.
