Okehampton v Ivybridge
IVYBRIDGE batted first on a dry wicket at Okehampton to score 162 runs, with J Hemsey scoring 57 runs for Ivybridge.
For Okehampton bowling, A Mortimore 11-3-17-2, M Harris 13-0-39-4, M Furniss 9.2-3-42-2. Okehampton bowlers got off to a good start taking two wickets for 10 runs. but J Hemsey and S Teague put on a third wicket stand of 96.
Extras were the third top scorers for Ivybridge with 33. Ivybridge, who were 106 for three wickets, lost their last seven wickets for 51 to reach the 162 total; all credit to Okehampton's bowling.
But when Okehampton went to the wicket they found runs hard to come by, with Steve Harris the only batsman scoring 12 runs, supported by A Mortimore with eight not out.
With wickets falling regularly Okehampton were all out for 48 runs.
