I NOTE that West Devon Borough Council has carried out a 'survey' which purports to show that 65% of people responding would be happy to have general refuse collected once a fortnight.
My discussion with friends and neighbours would indicate otherwise.
Would it not have been a good idea for our elected representatives to have spoken to a few of us? After all, they are quite happy to canvas us when they want our vote.
